Note on language: I call this an investo, not a manifesto. We already have enough declarations. A manifesto asks you to believe, and you seldom get to patch it to v1.1 for your context. An investo asks you to run it. You can patch it, version it, fork it. It only becomes real when you execute it, and it does not claim your life when you do.
India has taken a pragmatic, principle-led approach to AI. On 5 November 2025, MeitY released its AI Governance Guidelines, finalised January 2026, anchored in seven Sutras. The framework builds on existing laws including the DPDP Act 2023, IT Rules 2021, and the 2026 deepfake amendments, and operates through institutions such as the AI Governance Group (AIGG), Technology & Policy Expert Committee (TPEC), and AI Safety Institute (AISI).

These steps guide man and machine in prompting with clarity, communicating gracefully, and co-creating coherently to spread the Word, aligning in the divine order where Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.
